1.Separate out the egg yolk and egg white
2.Apply some salad oil on the mould first
3.Pour in egg white and cover with the lid
4.Put the mould into a pot of hot water and make sure the water is cover the instruction line
5.Cook the hot water for about 15mins, remove the lid and pour the egg yolk into the inner mould
6. Cover the lid and cook for another 8 mins
7. Push from the bottom of the lid and you will be able to get a cylinder shaped boiled egg or jelly.

Today I would like to introduce this special egg shaped glass mould.  This mould is made by very high quality of glass in Japan.  It can use to steam egg, make pudding, jelly, tiramisu etc.  It is very high quality of glass, therefore you do not need to worry it will break when you use it in steamer or oven.  It has heat resistant of 580degree celcius.It can also put in fridge but cannot heat up or cool down too rapidly
if put in oven, please put a container of water and put the mould in the water, if use in rice cooker please put on the steamer holder .

Besides using it for cooking it is also a great decoration. Add some crystal jelly in the glass and add any plant you like and it becomes very nice decoration for your office or home.

How’s thing going? It is raining season, it rain almost everyday, i wish I have a dryer for my clothing, everyday I am busy bringing my washed clothing in and out from the house, suddenly I miss the sun.

I am sorry for didn’t update my blog again, recently I am crazy on making handmade craft, i have made a bunch of Key holder, it is really fun making it and you can see all my handmade items below.  I like this key holder very much, it not only can keep your key but also a very good looking and fun to use keyholder.

I will be put up and  sell it on my online store, but I am too lazy to update it on my website, if you wish to purchase any of the pattern, you can leave a message here.  Custom made also available.

Below is the current keyholder I am using, it is kind of ugly as that one is the 2nd keyholder I made. I am going to show you how to use the keyholder. First put all your key in the chain on the keyholder.

Orange Poppy Snow Skin Moon Cake

Ingredient
A: 100g Goh Fun, 80g icing sugar
B:40g shortening,1/4tsp orange flavour essence, 10g poppy seed,1tbs orange shredded skin
C:50ml orange juice, 100ml cold water

Filling
500g Lotus Seed paste mix with melon seed or chopped almond(toasted)

Method
1.Sift ingredient A into a big bowl, add in B and mix well
2.Add in C and knead into dough, divided into 35-40g each
Note: if use pooh mould, filling 50g, skin 40g, if use micky mould filling 40g,skin35g
3.wrap filling into skin.
4.apply some goh fun on the mould, press in the mooncake and take out. Repeat the step.

5. Please put in fridge when done.
