Strawberry Muffin 草莓马芬

This recipe I have use Dried Strawberry and cake/muffin cup cake mould + cookies plastic bag set,which can get it from my website. The Dried Strawberry is imported from Japan, it can be eat directly or use for baking muffin, cake or use as spread for bread.  It is very delicious and full of nutrition.

Here is the recipe for the strawberry Muffin.

Strawberry muffin

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup canola oil
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup white sugar
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
100g dried strawberries (can replace with 200g fresh strawberry)

 

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 190 degrees C 
In a small bowl, combine oil, milk, and egg. Beat lightly. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Toss in chopped strawberries and stir to coat with flour. Pour in milk mixture and stir together.
Fill muffin cups. Bake at 190 degrees C for 25 minutes, or until the tops bounce back from the touch. Cool 10 minutes and remove from pans.

草莓马芬
材料
1/4 杯 沙拉油
1/2 杯 牛奶
1粒 蛋
1/2 茶匙 盐
2 茶匙发粉
1 3/4杯面粉
100g 草莓干(可用100g的新鲜草莓代替)

做法:
1.预热烤箱190度10分钟
2.在一个小碗里把油牛奶和鸡蛋搅拌。
3.在一个大腕,把面粉、盐、发粉和糖混合。然后把草莓干拌入
4.最后把做法2加入做法3,然后搅拌均衡
5.把混合物倒入烤杯里,190度烤25分钟即可。

Banana Shaped Banana Cake 香蕉蛋糕

Beside using the banana shaped mould, I also use the car shaped mould to bake the banana cake.

Both mould also can use for Jelly.

As I have mention before I am extremely lazy mum, therefore my recipe always very easy one.  I hope you all will like this recipe.  Let me know if you encounter any problem.

Here is the recipe for banana cake

Ingredients:
170g castor sugar
170g all purpose flour
3tsp baking powder
1tsp salt

4 very ripe bananas
2 large eggs
170ml vegetable oil
1tsp banana essence

Method:
1. Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease loaf pan.
2. Sift flour with baking powder, and salt.
3. In a large bowl, mash the bananas(I use blender to blend the bananas). Add in the eggs and oil and beat with a fork until well blended.
4. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a seperate large bowl and make a well in the middle. Pour in the banana mixture and slowly stir until combined.


5. Pour it into the prepared loaf pan and gently tap on the table surface to remove large pockets of air.
6. Bake in preheated oven 170°C for 35 minutes

材料:
170g 幼糖
170g 面粉
3茶匙 发粉
1茶匙盐
4条 很熟的香蕉
170ml 沙拉油
1茶匙香蕉香精

做法:
1.预热烤箱160°C。
2.把过筛的面粉加入发粉,盐和糖
3.在一个大碗里,用叉子弄烂香蕉(我用搅拌机弄烂),加入鸡蛋和油搅拌均匀。
4.把做法3的材料加入做法2的材料里,然后搅拌均匀。
5.把做法4的材料放入搽了油的模子里。
6.放入预热的烤箱170°C烤 35-45 mins
