自从在台湾吃过这道菜后,一直对它念念不忘,找了许多的食谱加以修改后,这就是我煮出来的成品。 虽然成品和台湾吃的还差很多,但是味道也不错。所以这这里跟大家分享这道食谱。其实所谓的三杯是用3杯不同的酱料,当然我这个食谱是自己乱改的,所以不是正宗的三杯鸡。 材料: 杏仁菇一包 (大约4棵) 蒜头8瓣 (切半) 小辣椒一条(切半) 姜一小块(切片) 九层塔少许 麻油一大匙 冰糖一小匙 酱油一大匙 米酒/绍兴酒两大匙 黑酱油一小匙 蚝油一匙 做法: 1.先把姜片放入锅里,干抄至干。 2.把麻油,蒜头,小辣椒加入做法(1)里,炒香。 3.加入酱油,米酒,黑酱油,蚝油和冰糖,炒至浓稠后加入杏仁菇。 4.炒了一下,如果太干的话,可以加一点水,但是不要太多。 5.最后,加入九层塔,炒一下就可以上桌了。 如果你试煮后,觉得好吃的话,记得让我知道。还是你有更好吃的三杯食谱,觉得分享哦!谢谢。 Three Cups eryngii mushroom After came back from Taiwan, I have fall in love with their three cups eryngii mushroom.
