Japanese curry is not only delicious, it is also very easy to prepare, therefore it is very suitable for a lazy people like me. To make the dish more adorable, I have use kitty mould to make the rice into kitty shaped and use green peas and corn as eyes and nose. To have the rice stick together, make sure your rice is still hot, otherwise you won’t get a nice kitty shaped. Haha, looks like my hello kitty does not looks like hello kitty at all, well I am too hungry so just quickly make and shot. I believe you can make it better than me. You can also try out other mould to have other shape of rice too.
Here is the recipe, you can also get this recipe from when you buy the Japanese curry cube, it is just behind the box. The Japanese curry is not like Indian or malay curry, it is not spicy at all even you have choose the hot one. If you are afraid it is spicy, you can choose mild hot, I am afraid my 2 and half year daughter will feel spicy so I bought mild hot, surprisingly, she not feel spicy at all and she love it very much. The recipe I have adjusted it to 4 servings.
