Making your own chocolate is very easy, below is the step by step guide on making chocolate with anpanman chocolate mould
1. measure 200g of chocolate chips.
2. put the bowl of chocolate chips on top of bowl of boiling water
3. Use a spatula to stir the chocolate, keep stirring the chocolate to avoid the chocolate get burn.
4. keep cooking the chocolate in a small flame until the chocolate is melt.
(Remember you cannot directly cook the chocolate you need to put the chocolate on top of boiling water and cook)
5. When the chocolate has melt, use a spoon to pour the chocolate to any chocolate mould you like. Here I am using the anpanman chocolate mould
6. Put the chocolate in the freeze for few hours or until hard
