Today I am going to show you all how to use the Flower shaped egg tart/toast/cake mould.
The mould looks very simple, but it is very easy to use and can have varieties of outcome.
This mould is a very helpful tool for the lazy person like me.
Of course the main ingredient is the bread and the filling can be anything you like. This time
I have make 3 different fillings. You can see from the picture one is chicken floss filling,
another one is dried strawberry filling and the last one is egg mayo filling.
Method:
1.use the mould to cut into shape.
2. put the cut bread into baking cup
3. Bake in the oven 180 degree 8mins.
4. Take the bread out from the baking cup, add in any filling you like.
The egg mayo filling I have included the recipe and step by step picture as below.
Egg Mayo Filling Recipes
Ingredient:
1 boiled egg
1 tbs Mayonise
3 cherry tomato
Method
1.cut boiled egg and cherry tomato into small pieces
2.add in Mayonise and mixed well.
You can also have fruits filling, tuna filling, corn filling, mashed potato filling etc. It is
very fun.
After making these, you will left over some of the bread. Don’t throw away, you can still use the
left over to make bread pudding. Below is the bread pudding recipe
Ingredient:
Left over bread
1 egg
1 small cup milk
3 tbs castor sugar
Method:
1. cut the left over bread into small pieces.
2.Mix the egg and sugar together and stir till the sugar melted,then add in milk
3. In the baking cup, put in the bread and pour the mixer of no.2
4. Put in the oven 180 degree 10mins.
