German Crunch Cookies

This is the cookies I made with my 4 years old daughter. Since my daughter is helping me to do this cookies, therefore the shape is not looks so nice.

This is very easy to make cookies with very simple ingredient.  The taste of the cookies is crunch but it melt when reach your mouth.  Hope you will like it

Below is the recipe

Ingredient
A:
250g butter
100g icing sugar

B:
250g potato starch
100g plain flour

Method:
1. Place ingredient A in a big mixing bowl.  Cream well, add in ingredient B and mix to form a dough
2.Scale no. (1) at 6g each and shape into rounds. Press flat with a fork to create a pattern.
3.Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 15-20 mins.  It should be pale in colour not a golden brown. Cool well and keep them in airthight containers.
