Hello Kitty DIY Cookies Set

Hi everyone! How’s things going?  I believe those who has purchase the Hello Kitty Limited DIY Cookies Set will have some questions about how to use this set.  Therefore I have made it and post it up right here.  Hopefully you all enjoy.

This set is come with mould, cookies mixer etc like the picture below

With this DIY Cookies Set, what you need is 30g of unsalted butter and 1 egg yolk.

1. Soften the butter in room temperature and mix with egg yolk like picture1.
2. Add in cookies flour mixer which is in the package until it become a dough.
3. Put the dough in plastic bag or zip bag and put in fridge to rest for about 1 hour.
4. Roll the dough to about 1cm thickness.

5. Cut the dough with mould and stamp it with hello kitty like the picture showing above.
6.Repeat step 4 and 5 until all the dough has finished using.

Since there are some dough left over, therefore I use the hello kitty vegetable cutter to make the mini cookies.

7. Put your cookies into pre-heated oven and bake over 170 degree for about 15 mins. (Note: Every oven the heat is different, therefore you might need to adjust  by your self)

8. Let the cookies cool.  Put the chocolate pen in the warm water.  Use the chocolate pen to draw on your cookies and decorate with your chocolate sprinkle on your cookies too.  Please put your left over chocolate pen in the fridge.  Next time when you want to use the chocolate pen, remember to put in the warm water again before use, so that it will be easily to draw it on your cookies /bread/cake etc.

Put your cookies in the plastic bag and you are ready to gift it to your friend.  I believe your friends will love your cookies so much.
