Marie Cat Banana Cake

This banana cake is not only easy to make, the most important is it is very delicious.  I will takes approx. 30mins preparation time and 30 mins baking time.

Ingredients:

180g margarine
180g castor sugar
2 eggs
4 ripe banans, coarsely mashed
3 tbsp milk with with 1 tbsp lemon juice

A(sifted)
240g plain flour, 1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

Decoration:
2 ripe banans, sliced, 1/2 lemon

Method:
1. Cream butter and castor sugar till light.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

2. Mix in mashed bananas, sour milk and A till well-combined.

3. Pour into a greased and lined 25cmx15cm loaf tin or paper cups.

4. squeeze lemon juice over banana slices, arrange banana slices on top of the cake as decoration

5. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180 degree for about 30 mins till cooked and golden brown.
