Orange Poppy Snow Skin MoonCake

I guess, this will be the last mooncake I would like to show all of you as this Saturday is Mooncake Festival.

I hope all of you enjoy making mooncake and have fun on Mooncake Festival!

Orange Poppy Snow Skin Moon Cake

Ingredient
A: 100g Goh Fun, 80g icing sugar
B:40g shortening,1/4tsp orange flavour essence, 10g poppy seed,1tbs orange shredded skin
C:50ml orange juice, 100ml cold water

Filling
500g Lotus Seed paste mix with melon seed or chopped almond(toasted)

Method
1.Sift ingredient A into a big bowl, add in B and mix well
2.Add in C and knead into dough, divided into 35-40g each
Note: if use pooh mould, filling 50g, skin 40g, if use micky mould filling 40g,skin35g
3.wrap filling into skin.
4.apply some goh fun on the mould, press in the mooncake and take out. Repeat the step.

5. Please put in fridge when done.

2 types of mould are using one is the Mickey Silicon Mould and another one is pooh silicon mould
